Signs of Life is a noteworthy arts and literary journal published annually by Facèré Jewelry Art Gallery of Seattle. The 24-page publication presents nine pairings of contemporary jewelry art with a story, essay or poem. Each participating metalsmith designs a work, and a writer then "riffs" on it to create a piece to accompany the artwork in the journal. The works ultimately come together in an exhibit in the Seattle gallery. I have designed all three editions. The project was profiled by Ornament magazine here.
